For me, the wrap dress I got was pretty forgiving, so I think if you're between sizes, you might even be able to go down. But generally, yeah, I'd say stick to your normal UK size.

I've ordered from both. Gini London feels a bit more unique with their prints, and the fabric often seems a touch nicer. Little Mistress is good too, but sometimes their stuff feels a bit more 'mass-produced' to me, if that makes sense.
